Agritech

The unstructured and fragmented nature of Indian agriculture, along with issues such as a lack of infrastructure, inefficient supply chains, and poor digital adoption, prevents the sector from reaching its full potential.

Road Safety

Every year, traffic accidents claim the lives of lakhs of people and cause catastrophic injuries to millions more. Every year, over 80,000 people are killed in traffic accidents in India, accounting for 13% of all road fatalities worldwide.

CoreChamp considers it a duty to share an opportunity with the future leaders of India, i.e our students, to devise ways to make our country one of the safest and most evolved demographics for safe, easy-to-access high-quality transportation systems for all in the coming years. We encourage the students to look at but are not restricted to the following core problems.

1. How to reduce road accidents in India?
2. Strategies to encourage Public Transport usage in India.
3. How to create an electronics-based Accident prevention system?
4. Develop methods to transition from fossil fuel to renewable energy resources for transportation.
5. Application of Robots in Road Safety.

Clean Water and Sanitation

In India, 163 million people do not have access to safe water, and 210 million lack access to improved sanitation as of 2017. According to the NITI Aayog in 2019, 75 percent of households do not have drinking water on-premise and about 84 percent of rural households do not even have piped water access.

CoreChamp believes in a mission that caters to clean water and sanitation led by the future leaders of India, i.e our students. We encourage the students to look at but are not restricted to the following core problems.

1. Innovative processes to produce clean/pure drinking water
2. Create opportunities for efficient rainwater harvesting systems
3. Explore methods to prevent depletion and over-use of groundwater resources
4. Generate innovative ideas to recycle and reuse contaminated water
